Dr. Lee Allen is the current Chair of Victorian Psychiatry Training Committee and Director of Victorian Psychiatry Training Partnership, a initiative to strengthen mental health medical workforce within the Victorian Department of Health. She is a senior lecturer at University of Melbourne Medical School, with interest in wellbeing and attraction to training, and a Consultant Psychiatrist at Austin Health, in Youth mental health.
