Fees and inclusions

Virtual attendance
As an alternative to attending in person, you can register as a virtual attendee which will give you real-time access to all keynote presentations and clinical updates, plus selected invited speaker presentations, symposia and oral presentations. Information on virtual registrations can be found here. 

Pre-Congress workshops
A number of pre-Congress workshops will be held on Sunday 4 May. Information on these workshops is available by visiting this page.

Social program
The Welcome reception and Congress gala dinner will showcase some of the Gold Coast's best locations. Click here to see what is on offer as part of the 2025 social program.

Wellness activities
The Congress will offer a number of wellness activities. Further information on the wellness activities can be found here.

Industry sessions
Industry breakfast and lunch sessions will be available for Congress delegates to attend. Details of these will be listed here in late 2024.

Childcare
A dedicated childcare service will not be made available for the 2025 Congress, however the Congress is pleased to offer a family-friendly room onsite that will provide a live stream of plenary sessions and selected other sessions.

Additionally, the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre has a parents' room available onsite with changing facilities.

Accommodation
Attractive rates have been negotiated for Congress delegates at a variety of the Gold Coast hotels and apartments within close proximity to the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre. Click here for further information.
