Fees and inclusions
Please read the fees and inclusions carefully for detailed information on the registration types available. 

Virtual attendance
As an alternative to attending in person, you can register as a virtual attendee which will give you real-time access to all keynote presentations and clinical updates, plus selected invited speaker presentations, symposia and oral presentations.

Pre-Congress workshops
A number of pre-Congress workshops will be held on Sunday 19 May. Information on these workshops will be released here in late 2023; registered delegates will receive email advice when these details are made available. 

Social program
The welcome reception and Congress gala dinner will showcase some of Ngunnawal/Canberra's best locations. Click here to see what is on offer as part of the 2024 social program.

Wellness activities
The Congress will offer a number of wellness activities. Further information on the wellness activities can be found here. 

Industry sessions
Industry breakfast and lunch sessions will be available for Congress delegates to attend. Details of these will be listed here in 2024.  

Childcare 
A dedicated childcare service will not be made available for the 2024 Congress, however the Congress is pleased to offer a family-friendly room onsite that will provide a live stream of plenary sessions and selected other sessions. 

Additionally, the National Convention Centre, Canberra has a parents room available onsite with changing facilities.

Accommodation
Attractive rates have been negotiated for Congress delegates at a variety of Ngunnawal/Canberra's hotels within close proximity to the National Convention Centre, Canberra. Click here for further information.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Please ensure you have read all the information on fees and inclusions, accommodation, payment methods and cancellations before registering.

On an individual form, 15 minutes is the maximum allowance to complete the registration process before the system times out.

Do not use the ‘back’ button during the online registration process. You will have the opportunity to review and edit registration details before the final stage of confirmation and payment for the booking.

Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome are the preferred platforms for the use of the forms.
