ACCOMMODATION
The Congress office has arranged special rates at several hotels within walking distance of the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre (GCCEC). Booking through this site will offer you the following benefits:

- No deposit is required to secure your booking – simply use your credit card to guarantee your reservation (see 'Payment' section below for further details)
- Flexibility to change your booking at any time up to 30 days prior to the Congress commencement date
- Personalised assistance prior to, during and following your visit
Accommodation is held from Friday 2 May to Thursday 8 May 2025. If you
require dates outside of this period, please note your preferred dates in the
'Special Requirements' section of the accommodation page on the registration
form. The Congress Office will contact the hotel
direct and advise you of availability.
The hotels impose strict release dates of 30 days prior to arrival so we
encourage you to book early. Any booking requests received less than 30 days
prior to arrival (after 4 April 2025) are subject to availability.
A valid credit card number must be provided to secure your booking. The card
details will be securely forwarded to the hotel as a guarantee of your booking.
Please refer to the individual hotel policies listed below for when your card
will be charged for your stay.
If you wish to pay for your accommodation in advance by credit card or bank
transfer, please note this request in the ’Special Requirements’ section of the
accommodation page of the registration form and the Congress Office will be in
contact to finalise the payment with you.
You will be required to settle your room and incidental expenses direct with the
hotel on arrival or departure.
Please note the check in time at the hotels is generally 1400hrs. If you require immediate access to your room prior to this time, hotels generally recommend booking for the evening before your stay commences. If you are arriving after 1800hrs please note this accordingly to ensure your room is held for your arrival.
Please review the booking terms for your preferred hotel for penalties that will apply should you cancel or reduce your stay (by one or more nights) or fail to arrive at the hotel on the designated day of arrival (no-shows). To make any changes or to cancel your booking, please contact the Congress Office by email – NOT direct with the hotel. Verbal changes or cancellations cannot by accepted nor will hotels accept any changes direct. All room rates noted are based on room only and are in Australian Dollars.
Sofitel Gold Coast Broadbeach

The 5-star Sofitel Gold Coast Broadbeach is located in the heart of Broadbeach and a short
walk from the beach.
Guest rooms have views of the river or hinterland. All rooms offer comfort with contemporary
furnishings, individually controlled air conditioning, tea/coffee making facilities, marble
bathrooms with separate bathtub and shower and private balconies. Each room has a LED Smart
TV and high speed WiFi.
The hotel features two outdoor pools, one is heated. There is also a tennis court, fitness
centre and two restaurants onsite.
The hotel is also conveniently located next to the South Broadbeach light rail station.
Cancellation Policy:
The credit card provided will be charged the full length of stay 21 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations received within 21 days of arrival or non-arrival at the hotel (no show) will
be charged a cancellation fee equal to the entire length of stay.

Mantra Broadbeach on the Park is located within walking distance of Kurrawa Beach, the Gold
Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre, and Pacific Fair shopping centre.
Apartments offer fully self-contained, spacious accommodation equipped with ducted
air-conditioning, spa, kitchen, separate lounge, Wi-Fi internet access (at additional cost)
and Foxtel. There are balcony views to the city.
The property does not have an onsite restaurant however there are many dining options within
walking distance.
Cancellation Policy:
The credit card provided will be charged one night’s stay 30 days prior to arrival, full
payment is required on arrival at the hotel.
Cancellations received between 30 – 15 days of arrival will be charged a cancellation fee
equal to the value of one night’s stay.

Located in the centre of Surfers Paradise, Voco Gold Coast features accommodation with ocean
or hinterland views. The hotel is located a 4-minute walk from the beach and is surrounded
by a variety of restaurants. The G:link tram is located right outside the hotel and is a
short trip to the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre.
The modern, designer rooms enjoy ocean or river views and include a flat-screen TV,
refrigerator or mini-bar and are fully air-conditioned. The bathrooms are supplied with
essential amenities and a hairdryer. Access to shared laundry facilities is available.
