Nicole Sadler is Director and CEO of Phoenix Australia – Centre for Posttraumatic Mental Health, and an Enterprise Professor within Department of Psychiatry, University of Melbourne. She is a clinical psychologist with expertise in trauma-related mental health and wellbeing, suicide and disaster mental health. She has an in-depth understanding of issues and challenges for individuals working in high-risk organisations and roles, and the systems and services required to improve and maintain their mental health and wellbeing. Nicole has led major mental health strategic reviews, research and policy and training development projects for organisations across Australia and internationally.
