VIRTUAL DELEGATE REGISTRATION FORM

We welcome your registration for The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (RANZCP) 2025 Congress. It is important to read all the information on the website before you commence. Please note all prices quoted are in Australian dollars (AU$) and are inclusive of goods and services tax (GST). 


Instructions for registration:

  • Please ensure you have read and understand the cancellation policies for both registration and accommodation, as provided on the website.
  • All information should be typed in upper and lower case (e.g. John Smith).
  • Please use the ‘Tab’ key to move from one field to the next.
  • As you complete the details on each page, click ‘Next’ to proceed to the next section.
  • You will have the opportunity to review and edit your registration details before the final stage of confirmation and payment.
  • Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge are the preferred platforms for use of the forms.

PLEASE NOTE: From Friday 4 April 2025 onwards, all online registrations must be paid in full by credit card.

Delegate list

A delegate list will be provided electronically and/or via the Congress app to all delegates. The list will include the name, organisation and state/country of delegates who have consented to their information being included on the list and have registered at the time of distribution. In addition, this list will be distributed to select supporters and exhibitors. If you do not wish to have your details included on this list, please indicate below:

RANZCP Foundation donation

If you wish, you can make a voluntary donation of $50 to the RANZCP Foundation.

The RANZCP Foundation is the College charity translating donations into world-class psychiatric research, clinical work, meaningful initiatives, and innovative projects that improve the mental health and wellbeing of communities in Australia, Aotearoa New Zealand and neighbouring regions.

Full payment of fees is required before registrations can be processed and confirmed. Payment must now be made via credit card (Visa, Mastercard and American Express).
